How much will it cost to have my windows cleaned?
Every house, shop and building has different quantities and styles of windows. We prefer to visit you and your property in person to give an accurate quote to clean your windows. The quote and visit is totally free and gives you an opportunity to meet us face to face.
As an indicator, however, a single story house starts at $60 to have the outside windows cleaned.
Do you just clean outside windows?
No! We clean anything that’s made of glass. For example, we can clean internal windows, mirrors, pool glass, balcony glass, partition glass and even shower screens! When we work inside, we always use drop sheets to protect your floor, electrical goods and other precious items.
What is included with your window cleaning service?
All window sills will be wiped, frames cleaned and cobwebs removed from around the windows. We guarantee you will be happy with our service!
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
There are many factors that contribute to how often windows should be cleaned. But as a guide:
Homes: There are many reasons why people like having sparkling clean windows! Often, for example, special occasions or holidays warrant our services.
It’s up to you how often you want your windows cleaned. Some people like to have their windows cleaned before a special occasion or event, others like to have them cleaned when they are spring cleaning. Some of our clients like having their windows sparkling all year round, so they have their windows cleaned monthly or bi-monthly, however we would recommend having your windows cleaned at least 2 times a year.
Shop fronts: Since your shop front is directly representing your business to the public, it’s important to have your windows looking clean all the time. This makes your shop more inviting to customers. We clean many shops on a weekly or fortnightly basis. We recommend having your shop front windows cleaned at least on a monthly basis, if not fortnightly.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque and EFT. When paid in cash or cheque, a receipt is given.
I have some windows that are high up, can you clean them?
Yes! We can clean windows up to 3 stories high. Our highly trained window cleaners use ladders, long poles or EWP’s (elevated work platforms) to reach any windows. This is always done with safety first.
I would only like a few selected windows cleaned, is this possible?
We are happy to come and quote any size job, big or small.
How long does it take to clean my windows?
This depends on the number of windows you have. When we come and give you a quote, we will be able to tell you how long it will take to clean your windows.
Do I need to be present while you clean my windows?
If we have access around the outside of your house, shop or building then you don’t need to be present. We are also happy to clean your internal windows without you being present, we will just need to arrange access to the inside of the property.
Do you still clean my windows if it’s raining?
Generally, cleaning windows in light rain will not affect the quality of the job. With this in mind we are happy to clean windows in certain weather conditions as long as it is safe to do so. We will work around the weather if we need to, cleaning windows under cover or internally until the weather has passed. However, if the weather is going to make it dangerous or detract from the finish, we will contact you to reschedule your clean to the next convenient time.
Do you clean speciality kinds of glass like lead-lighting, sky lights or louvres?
Yes! We’ve cleaned countless windows of every different kind over the years. We have many tools and a few tricks of the trade to get all kinds of glass looking sparkling again.
